3 Days in The World Famous Fantastic and Lively City – Sydney

dsc08998Sydney is a vibrant capital of New South Wales, a historical city with the masterpiece architecture in the world. Just spend few days here and it really broadened my horizons!

Day 1:

Take a half day city walking tour to know about this city, the tour cover many attractions in the city centre!  (check out the free tour ). Continue to discover the Rocks and Circular Quay and spending the night there for a nice dinner and the stunning night views.

Opera House together with the Harbour Bridge, these are the MUST in Sydney with no doubt.  By just seeing the Opera House, the structure really amazes me. Every year, there is a ‘Vivid Sydney’  light show event to present you the best of this city. This is also voted as one of the best places for New Year firework in the world.

The Rocks is the historic area in Sydney city. Besides, there are many upscale restaurants, pubs and bars here with the beautiful harbour view. Some of the pubs are the oldest in Australia.. This is the place to know the history of this city and sees the sandstone building.

 Day 2:

Visit to Darling Harbour and the Fish Market, try the freshness ever seafood there. Have a ferry journey to see the city from a different view in the morning and then enjoy the beautiful beaches and the sunshine at Manly beach and Bondi beach.

Sydney Fish Market is the world second largest seafood market and it offers the opportunity to experience how an authentic fish market working. The market is always busy with the visitors and the locals, too. It is where for fresh and not that expensive seafood.

Day 3:  
Visit the wildlife park instead of the zoo – Featherdale Wildlife Park (about 45km from the city center), get yourself an up close and ultimate interaction with the wildlife, kangaroos and koalas! Spend the rest of the day in the neighbourhood, see something different from the Sydney city.


  • Check the opening hours of the local markets- Paddington Market, Paddy’s Market. Fit into your trip and make it more interesting! 
  •  If you have more days in Sydney, Blue Mountain and Hunter Valley are the best options for you. 
  • Take the FREE city shuttle!
